Baked Cauliflower Bites

Everyone NEEDS to try these gluten free dairy free cauliflower bites. They taste like the fried cauliflower bites you would order in a restaurant but they’re SO much healthier. They’re crispy and salty on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce adds a great Asian flare! ⁣

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour ⁣

  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder⁣

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder⁣

  • 3/4 cup Water⁣

  • Crushed up Siete chips ⁣

  • 1 head of cauliflower⁣

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and water together to form batter⁣

  • Rinse and then cut cauliflower into small individual trees⁣

  • Dip each cauliflower tree into the batter to fully coat them and then roll them in a bowl of crushed Siete chips⁣

  • Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 15 mins⁣

  • We made a sauce of coconut aminos, vegan mayo, garlic powder, and tahini⁣
